Ingredients

  • 1 cup of peeled papaya (140 g)
  • 15 papaya seeds
  • 1/2 glass of kefir (100 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation

  • First, we will choose a papaya that is medium, not overripe. Cut it into pieces and set aside about 15 seeds.
  • In your supermarket, you will find liquid or granulated kefir. For our juice to remove intestinal parasites, we need liquid kefir.
  • In the blender, all you have to do is combine all the ingredients and mix in order to obtain the most homogeneous juice possible.
  • If you see that it is too thick, you can add a little water.

Take it for breakfast for 10 days and you will see improvement.
