An infusion of lemon and apple cider vinegar

  • A teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • The juice of half a lemon
  • A teaspoon of honey
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

This is a remedy as ancient as it is effective. Indeed, thanks to the properties of honey, apple cider vinegar and lemon, not only will you succeed in reducing inflammation. But you can also rid your throat walls of viruses and bacteria, while strengthening your immune system.

To enjoy the benefits of this infusion, simply heat the equivalent of a cup of water. Once the water boils, add the juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar.

Pour the infusion into the cup and add a little honey and a pinch of cayenne pepper.

This infusion has a fairly strong taste; we advise you to drink it slowly so that it has an effect on your throat. Drink it at least twice a day for three days.

An infusion of ginger, cinnamon and lemon

  • Four mint leaves
  • The juice of half a lemon

First, peel it and cut it in half, then put it in the blender bowl. Then add half a glass of water and the raw garlic cut in half. Mix all the ingredients well to obtain a juice of homogeneous consistency.
