2. The papaya and spinach smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup of papaya (300 g)
  • A cup of spinach (30 g)
  • 1 glass of almond milk (200 ml)
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • A spoonful of turmeric (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds (5 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (25 g)

Preparation

  • Put all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in the blender and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can add more or less water according to taste.
  • Better if the ingredients are cold, or if you prefer, add ice cubes when you serve.

3. The papaya and coconut smoothie

  • Half a cup of papaya (100 g)
