5 Homemade Eye Creams

As you probably already know, the eye area is a very sensitive part of the body. It is the first affected by the effects of time and especially by our expressions.

These 5 easy-to-make homemade creams will reduce these minor inconveniences. Take notes !

1. Aloe vera and grape seed oil cream for the eye area

Reason seeds protect the eye area

The presence of grape seeds may surprise you, but they are effective in combating aging of the skin. A very easy way to take advantage of their benefits is to obtain grape seed oil.

You will find it in natural products stores, and we assure you that it is not expensive at all. Plus, you’ll get the same benefits you get from overpriced creams.

To prepare this cream, you will need a tablespoon of Aloe vera, two drops of grapeseed oil and a tablespoon of beeswax. Mix the ingredients in a small container until you get a homogeneous mixture, then let stand.

This mixture will last you a long time, because you will only need to use a few drops while doing small circular massages. Do this before you go to bed. A real wonder!

2. Cream with olive oil and cocoa butter

Cocoa butter is very economical and can be found in any health food store. Mix a tablespoon of melted cocoa butter with a few drops of olive oil.

This treatment will last three days. Apply it with a gentle massage. A classic remedy to try urgently.

3. Yogurt and green tea cream

This cream is ideal for those days when you wake up with puffy eyes, and with heavy dark circles. When it does, you’ll need a shot of antioxidants and extreme hydration.

To do this, prepare yourself a green tea herbal tea. When it’s done, just add two tablespoons of plain yogurt and mix well. Put the cream in the refrigerator to cool, then apply it to the eye area. Just awesome !

4. Cucumber and Vaseline Cream

We are sure you have these two classic ingredients at home:  cucumber and petroleum jelly. These are two great ingredients to hydrate, tone, rejuvenate, and brighten your face.

Cut two slices of cucumber and take a little petroleum jelly.  Using a fork, mash and mix these two ingredients to obtain a smooth cream. Then put the mixture in the refrigerator for a few minutes so that it cools.

If you apply it every day for ten minutes, you will quickly see exceptional effects.

5. Yogurt and rose water cream

Rose water is very easy to find in health food stores and is very inexpensive at all. It has many uses and is also very effective for taking care of the eye area.

Mix two tablespoons of plain yogurt with three drops of rose water. Thanks to this cream, you will reactivate the blood circulation in this area, and your eye area will then be more elastic and toned.
