It is therefore not uncommon for it to be prescribed for depression. The infusion is prepared by pouring a tablespoon of passionflower in a cup of boiling water. Then turn off, cover and let sit for five minutes. This plant should not be administered to children under 4 years old.

3. Green tea for hypertension

It actually has a relaxing effect on the circulatory system. It is therefore a very recommended plant to treat an episode of hypertension. Not only does it help regulate blood pressure, but it also helps keep it from coming back up.

To prepare the infusion, just pour a teaspoon of green tea into a cup of boiling water. Then cover and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Then strain the drink. The ideal is to consume one or two cups a day, for three consecutive days in case of increased blood pressure.

4. Lavender, a good antidote for migraines

Lavender is ideal for making a relaxing infusion and at the same time controlling migraines. It is a medicinal plant that has interesting properties in addition to a pleasant flavor. It contains over 150 active components, all of which are very beneficial for the nervous system.

On the other hand, the best way to prepare an infusion is to boil a cup of water and then add a tablespoon of lavender flowers to it when it is boiling. Cover then let stand for 20 minutes. Then filter and add a spoon of honey and a few drops of lemon. It is advisable to consume this infusion three times a day, for a week. Let sit for a week then repeat the cycle.
