  • 1 cup of sugar (200 g)
  • 3 eggs (80 g)
  • 1/2 cup of milk (100 ml)
  • 1 cup of butter (100 g)

  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder (60 g)
  • 1 cup of soluble coffee (100 ml)
  • 1 cup of wheat flour (200 g)

The preparation

  1. In a container, first mix the flour previously sifted with the yeast.
  2. Add the cocoa, sugar and coffee, then mix.
  3. Add the eggs and melted butter.
  4. Using an electric mixer or manually, then mix until you get a homogeneous texture.
  5. Let sit for five minutes, then mix again.
  6. Preheat your oven to 180º C.
  7. Grease then flour a cake pan.
  8. Pour the dough into the mold, then let the preparation cook for about forty minutes.
  9.  Once the cake has cooled, unmold it, and if you want to decorate it, you can sprinkle it with icing sugar.

  • ¾ cup of brown sugar (80 g)

  • 1 teaspoon of soluble coffee mixed with a little water (10 g)

The preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180º C.
  2. Grease then flour a cake pan.
  3. In a deep container, mix the sugar and butter at room temperature, then mix until you get a cream.
  4. Add the eggs one by one, and continue to mix.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract, then mix until you get a uniform texture.
  6. Add the flour and baking powder that you will have previously sifted, to avoid lumps in the preparation. Mix until you obtain a dough without lumps.
  7. Then add the coffee and nuts.
  8. Pour the dough into a cake tin, then cook the preparation for about 40 minutes.

  • 1 tablespoon of yeast (5 g)
  • 100 grams of chocolate bar

The preparation

  1. First, preheat your oven to 180º C.
  2. Grease and flour a cake tin (you can use cocoa powder instead of flour).
  3. In a deep container, add room temperature butter and sugar, then mix until you get a spongy mixture.
  4. Mix the coffee and the milk, then add this mixture to the preparation.
  5. Melt the chocolate bars in a double boiler. Wait five minutes for the chocolate to cool slightly, then add the melted chocolate to the preparation.
  6. Sift the flour and baking powder, then add these two ingredients to the preparation while mixing gently.
